How do you use Affirmations to attract the things that you want into your life? How do you use them to change your life?
Think of affirmations this way: You're saying the kind of things to yourself that you would like others to say to you. Most of us, even thought we might not admit it) would much rather have someone say to us "Good Job!" rather than "You suck!" Learning how to say positive things to yourself is what affirmations are all about. With practice they start to breakdown the negative thoughts and we start to believe them.
Affirmations, when worded correctly -- and when emotionally charged - are able to tap into the unlimited creative power of your subconscious mind, and manifest your desires.
If your desire is to have an abundance of money to fill your needs, practice this affirmation: "I always have an abundance of money to meet all my needs."
In keeping with the theme of this newsletter, I'm here to show you how to discover - and accomplish - your life's purpose through the use of affirmations.
Affirmations should be positive, in the present tense, and use everyday language. Always focus on the state desired, and leave out the negative aspects of what you seek to change
Five categories of affirmations support you in manifesting powerful change. These five categories or types of affirmations have emerged from my consulting work with clients and workshop participants.
